No LED is on on 2N® LiftGate
  • Check the power supply and battery status.

Guest user name access is unavailable

  • Set the access first on the Configuration / Access tab.
Local time and UTC in the device configuration shows 1.2. 1980
  • Enable NTP on the Configuration / Time tab.
  • Check the Internet access.
