4.6.5 CTI_ECT_DEST_REQ
Description | Request for call transfer to a specific address. First, the address is called, waiting for ringing. Then it is immediately connected with the specified call-leg. The entry must include the station, according to which it is determined how to process the number entered. (Typically, the operator’s station) This command cannot be used for queued call-legs. In queued call-legs it is always necessary to transfer the opponent. | |
