KBlue System
Description and objectives
The integration between the two systems makes it possible to take advantage of the Multimedia Touch7 "KBLUE" display for home automation supervision and as answering unit of the 2N IP video intercom, through a simple and clear interface with hands-free functions and possibility to open the door.
Furthermore, by combining the KBLUE web server device, it is possible to receive real time "Push" alarms and notifications on any event generated by the Intercom.
Company
KBlue Domotica was founded in 1999 as a company specialized in the design and production - both hardware and software - of cutting-edge home automation components for home automation, hotels, large buildings and the contract sector. Made entirely in Italy, Kblue products use the best existing technologies to offer high performance in terms of management and control of the systems, all supported by a special 5-year warranty with which the company certifies the quality of its products.
The KBLUE system stands out for its great flexibility and expandability thanks to the native use of the Ethernet TCP / IP communication protocol; this allows in fact a remarkable integration with the most widespread intercom systems, video surveillance, security and HVAC systems, being able to dialogue in both bus (IP) and wireless (WiFi) mode.

Connections
The connection between the Intercom and the KBlue home automation system is via a CAT.6 UDP LAN network cable. The power is supplied to the intercom via a 12Vdc power supply or via PoE.

Functions
The proposed integration allows:
- when the button on the video intercom is pressed, receiving of the preview of the image on the touch device: YES
- when answering on the internal answering device, establish a two-way audio communication and display the video: YES
- control the opening of the door during an active call: NO, button in the touch device controls an output of the home automation system.
- show the intercom camera, without an active call, on the internal answering unit: YES
- activate a video call from the internal answering unit towards the intercom: NO
- control the opening of the door without active call: NO, button in the touch device controls an output of the home automation system.
