Settings

Use your Admin Login into RingCentral web portal, open the Phone system menu and chose Phones & services tab.

 

Select the line you want to use for 2N IP Intercom and open its setup page. Click on the Change phone button.

 

Select Phone not purchased from RingCentral radio button and go Next.

 

Chose the address you want to use and go Next.

 

If you agree click on check boxes and then the Next button.

 

Chose Other phones tab and the Select button.

 

Now you get all credentials to setup your 2N IP Intercom. When you have everything ready, click on Done.

Login into your 2N IP Intercom, open the menu Services / Phone / SIP 1. Default login is Admin and password 2n. Now you can use all credentials from the RingCentral. As you can see, there is ":5060" and ":5090" that is the port of RingCentral VoIP server. You can use it like on the picture below.

If you want to call to another Extension in your RingCentral account, or external number (will be charged according to your plan), you can make an user in 2N IP Intercom directory. The you open the menu Directory / Users and chose New User.

Enter a Name and a Number, where you will call to. (Extension or usual phone number) Than save new user.

 

 

To add new user to 2N IP Intercom button open the menu Hardware / Buttons, click on Plus icon, find and chose your user and confirm by clicking on Add button.
